This project was a new experience for us. We had to design a simple, user-friendly, and intuitive platform for customers who wanted personalized planners. Besides, the customer had to have a clear understanding of what he was paying for from the start to the checkout process. Streamlining order fulfillment and reducing cart abandonment were other challenges. We overcame these challenges with an improved product management system, dynamic product image management, and an intuitive product creation process. It took us one month to complete the project. After project completion, our client reported a significant increase in customers and a reduction in cart abandonment.
The biggest challenge for us was to create a product page that embraced customization while ensuring an engaging user experience for visitors.
Managing and fulfilling orders for customized planners can be challenging. Hence, our client needed a system that could meet diverse customer needs.
Customers can abandon their carts if the process is too long or if they don’t see dynamic images of their customized products.
We created a dedicated product page with a module to facilitate easy product design. Separating the main product page from customized offerings provided more clarity to customers. They can choose their design and modify their planners on the designer page.
Thanks to the sales planner PDF, the admin can manage sales orders, and download specific PDFs for a customer’s planner’s design. This feature enables our client to fulfill bespoke orders by providing clear and detailed instructions.
With a simple product design module and dynamic image management, customers can see everything they ordered. This process eliminates confusion and reduces the chances of customers abandoning their carts.
