Product Owner

Job Description
Technical and Product Experience as a product owner in launching ecosystems or super apps ideally in the banking domain
Experience
- Aligns governance structures with regulatory requirements and compliance needs.
- Establishes governance and delivery protocols to ensure smooth implementation.
- Develops a Concept Design Paper and defines feature sequencing based on dependencies.
- Conducts stakeholder workshops and aligns workflows with compliance standards.
- Implements risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Establish a structured governance framework and strategic roadmap for the Super App Align operational processes and banking workflows with the Super App functionalities Identify the exact scope of work for the application, prepare custom cost-effective solutions, and adjust the project budget.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by coordinating integrations with key partners such as E-Binaa, Namaa, telecom providers, and payment gateways Define a phased implementation strategy to prioritize feature rollouts based on operational readiness, customer impact, and return on investment.

About the Role
Silwatech is looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Intern who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to work on real business projects involving AI solutions, workflow automation, digital transformation, and business operations while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered business solutions.
- Create, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications.
- Build, automate, and improve workflows using no-code and low-code platforms.
- Research emerging AI tools and evaluate their business applications.
- Support sales, marketing, and business process automation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
- Assist with social media management and digital content creation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on internal and client projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI tools.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Interest in AI, automation, sales enablement, marketing automation, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
Internship Timeline
Month 1 – Training & Evaluation
- Unpaid training period focused on learning, practical assignments, and performance evaluation.
- Opportunity to work on guided AI and automation projects under mentorship.
Months 2–6 – Paid Internship
- Transition to a paid probationary internship upon successful completion of the training period.
- Gain hands-on experience by contributing to live projects and business solutions.
After 6 Months – Full-Time Opportunity
