SilwaTech is a Dubai-headquartered custom software and digital engineering company supporting government organisations and large enterprises across GCC and EMEA.
Our capabilities span enterprise platforms, AI, Microsoft technologies, system integration, and technical resource augmentation. We combine client engagement in Dubai with engineering delivery in India to support complex programmes with defined security, scalability, and operational requirements.

Mahipalsinh Rana
Chief Technology Officer
Mahipalsinh Rana oversees technical architecture, engineering governance, and delivery execution at SilwaTech.
With more than two decades of experience in enterprise systems, digital platforms, and large-scale solution architecture, he drives the company’s technology strategy from design through deployment. He ensures that every solution meets enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Mahipalsinh leads cross-functional engineering teams, establishes architectural frameworks, and ensures strict technical quality control across custom application development, platform engineering, and integration ecosystems.
His leadership ensures that SilwaTech’s solutions are robust, future-ready, and aligned with the complexities of enterprise environments.
Mazen AlSAREM
Chief AI Officer
Mazen AlSAREM oversees SilwaTech’s artificial intelligence strategy and advanced analytics initiatives.
With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Search, he specializes in architecting and scaling AI systems that drive enterprise transformation. His expertise spans machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, MLOps, and responsible AI frameworks.
Mazen bridges research and production environments, ensuring that AI models are explainable, secure, and operationally scalable. He plays a key role in shaping SilwaTech’s AI roadmap, guiding strategies for intelligent automation, data intelligence platforms, and enterprise AI adoption.
His focus remains on deploying AI responsibly, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable business impact.
Sagar Shah
Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years across engineering, delivery, and operations leadership, Sagar Shah oversees SilwaTech’s day-to-day operations, delivery governance, and organisational scale. He has progressed from hands-on software engineering through project and delivery management into operations leadership, giving him a grounded view of what it takes to move a solution from commitment to production. His focus is operational excellence, aligning people, process, and technology so delivery stays predictable as engagements grow in size and complexity. A Certified ScrumMaster with expertise spanning technology strategy, AI/ML integration, SaaS product engineering, and DevOps automation, he ensures SilwaTech’s execution capability keeps pace with its strategic ambition.
Vatsal Shah
Associate Vice President Sales
Vatsal Shah leads SilwaTech’s sales and client growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. With more than 15 years in business development and digital transformation consulting, he works with business and technology leaders to identify where transformation creates measurable value, rather than simply introducing new technology. His remit spans digital strategy, AI and agentic AI, custom software, automation, data and analytics, cloud, and legacy modernisation, positioning SilwaTech as an extended technology partner rather than a vendor. Holding an MCA in Computer Science, he brings a consultative approach that reflects SilwaTech’s emphasis on long-term partnerships over transactional engagements.
Technology and Innovation
Emerging technologies require curiosity, experimentation, and the ability to look beyond conventional approaches. Kabir brings a young, technology-focused perspective to SilwaTech, contributing creative ideas, exploring new possibilities, and encouraging fresh thinking around AI, data, and digital innovation.
