Business Challenge
Deploying smart kiosks at the city scale introduces significant technical and operational complexity. The project needed to unify hardware, software, data, and public services into a single, reliable platform.

Project Context
The project was part of a broader smart infrastructure initiative to transform public urban spaces into hyperconnected digital environments. The engagement focused on enabling a network of intelligent digital hubs, starting with Jumeirah Lake Towers (DMCC), to deliver real-time information, public services, and community engagement through smart kiosks.
